the iron of the plane is not sharp, too bad! on the first try the stop block is broken! the seller immediately sent me a brand new plane, a good point for the professionalism of the seller. the finishes leave something to be desired from one plane to another... a little hassle to adjust (it's my first ...)

Good quality, of course mandatory sharpening cleaning. But quality honest price

It's not expensive and for good reason you have to get your hands dirty (wood). I had to resume sharpening, but that's normal, by cons I had to redo all the surfaces with sandpaper to have a flat sole, and no more play in mechanics. For the rest I will buy a thicker iron, 2mm is too weak.

finishing burr to resume. flawed planer sole to be leveled. sharpening blade otherwise it does not cut. produces a beautiful photo aspect, but not very finely finished. may be suitable after rectification, to trim. I do not recommend this product even for the price

A bit of sharpening is expected but nothing serious, it remains a good product.

For the price it is of course necessary to rectify by sanding the sole and proceed to a sharpening of the blade. Then a good adjustment and it cuts perfectly.
