General description

Stanley professional smoothing planes are designed for final finishing of cabinet and general joinery work. They are made from accurately machined fine grey iron castings and feature a simple and rapid adjustment mechanism, allowing for easy blade removal for sharpening and fingertip adjustment for depth of cut and cutter alignment. A black epoxy finish with plated parts and a chrome carbon cutter enhances the attributes of these models.
