To be seen over time in terms of its resistance to shocks and traces (vacuum cleaner). I recommend using a plunge saw rather than a hand saw with a miter box: the heat produced by the saw makes the cut neater. Attention, it is very difficult to file the product as one could do with wood (hence the importance of being as precise as possible when cutting). Baseboards are extremely flexible so well suited for renovations and uneven walls
