Good product and excellent delivery, but we found the screws and the drilled holes for the pole connectors didn't connect very well. The screws didn't grip, bit like they were threaded. Replaced these an perfectly fine.

The handrail comes flat packed and needs to be put together. The instructions are in picture format and generally are easy to follow. However the connections to join the top handrail broke on one of the uprights luckily we did not need all the handrails so had to use the spare. Also my husband had difficulty in joining the two handrails together but finally overcame the issue with the provided plate and pins.
