The phone must be within 8 to 10 meters of the lock and have Bluetooth enabled to unlock the door remotely via the phone. It cannot be unlocked remotely via wireless connection. If you are not home, you can generate a temporary password using the mobile app, which allows guests to unlock the door. To connect to the Tuya app or the Smart Life app, you must use Bluetooth. Wireless fidelity connections are not supported.
