The product itself was really good but the fixings included were for a different one to the one I had so wasn’t suitable. The fixings were more for the subway fixings(wall mounted)

Item sent was not as per measurements specified within the description, therefore, the seat did not fit onto my toilet. I was quick to raise the issue to the seller and I requested a refund. Due to their error in advertisement, I requested a refund 15 days ago. From the get go the seller was extremely reluctant to offer a full refund for the missold item and was even asking me to resell the item myself, rather than request a refund for the product. I had since sent back the item to the seller, tracked and next day delivery. The seller still claims that he had not received this and will not expedite the refund until this has been received and the item has been checked. Upon checking the tracking number, it was confirmed that the item was delivered and received 8 days ago. In short, the seller is creating every obstacle possible to avoid processing a refund. I have now had to ask ManoMano Customer Support to intervene to have the refund for the item + return fees processed. Be VERY wary of buying from this seller, if you have any issues with the item received, you will struggle to get your money back!

This seat was replaced simply as like for like. It was delivered prompt & wrapped in a way suitably protected from irresponsible carriers & simple to install had I not got little confused with how to line up with toilet pan ! I would recommend as excellent price for relatively good white seat ! I like ordering from manomano they appear competitive and really efficient on acknowledgement / delivery ! Well done .. Happy purchase
