The whole thing is of quality but the timer is not precise. The door opens and closes automatically with a delay of more than 20 minutes from the programming. Furthermore, the remote control does not work.

The product looks good. The English instructions didn't match the product...I later received them in French, but they still didn't match the product. I've never been able to get it to work, and the door keeps going up and down. I haven't been able to get any help programming it.
