Troubleshooting: When the fan is connected to the controller, the fan speed immediately becomes very slow? 1. The battery voltage reaches the float charge point. 2. The fan's nominal output voltage is much higher than the battery's nominal voltage because the fan speed is proportional to the output voltage, and the fan voltage is drawn from the battery and will not be very high, therefore the speed will be very low. 3. The discharge tube burned out during improper operation. Why does the controller discharge when the LCD screen displays a low current value? The controller monitors the discharge by detecting parameters such as battery voltage, discharge current, and temperature. When the floating discharge voltage point is reached, or when the high-temperature protection is activated, the fan will discharge regardless of the discharge current. LCD screen not displaying? 1. The battery has a poor connection; please check the battery connection cable. 2. The battery is damaged; please check and replace the battery. No discharge current? If the discharge voltage has not been reached, the solar panel input voltage must be higher than the battery voltage before charging can begin. The fan must reach a certain wind speed to produce electricity normally.
