Description

General description

The soldering gun features an updated design with 70W heating power for faster operation. It includes LED lighting for ease of use in dimly lit environments and is equipped with a thickened anti-scalding rubber handle to prevent accidental burns. The widened distance between the copper pipes allows for easier disassembly of the welding clamp after use, minimizing the risk of clogging.

Technical specifications

Heating power: 70W

Types of staples: 0.8mm linear wave nails, 0.8mm large wave welding nails, 0.8mm V-shaped welding clamps, 0.6mm M-type staples

Usage

Suitable for repairing, welding, and reinforcing cracked and damaged plastic parts such as car bumpers, dashboards, light brackets, radiators, and more.

To use, select the appropriate staple, insert it into the brass retainer, press the power button, and wait for the staples to melt into the plastic. Avoid pressing too hard while melting to prevent staples from pushing through the plastic.
