It perfectly meets my expectations; the outer packaging was neat; it's a shame the padlock's packaging itself was opened before shipping, perhaps to check the dimensions?... it's a bit odd, even though it still looks 100% new and was delivered with its two keys. So it's not a real problem, but therefore 4 stars instead of 5! The website is ultimately reliable.
