How to get delicious sprouts?

1. Soak the beans for 6 to 12 hours, but no more than 24 hours.

2. Drain the water from the bottle. You can shake the beans to flatten them as much as possible to help them germinate better.

3. Place the jar in a well-ventilated area and rinse or mist it twice a day to keep the beans moist and well-aerated.

4. You can harvest delicious bean sprouts in about 4 to 6 days!
