Product information
Description
High-quality material: This liquid float switch is primarily made of 307 stainless steel, which is durable, corrosion-resistant, and heat-resistant. It is a food-grade material that does not release any harmful substances. Simple and convenient: The liquid level sensor is a level controller with a simple structure and easy operation. It requires neither a power supply nor complex circuitry. Compared to traditional mechanical switches, it is smaller and has a longer lifespan. The float ball in this level switch can be replaced to allow for both filling and emptying. Operating principle: Our liquid float switch consists of a magnetic spring switch and a float ball with magnetic material inside. As the liquid level rises or falls, the magnetic material of the float ball interacts with the spring-loaded magnetic contact switch to control and indicate the fill level. Note: There is a small mark on one end of the float ball. When the end with this mark points upwards, it is the fill port (normally closed). It opens when the ball rises and closes when it falls. If the smooth side of the floating ball without a marking points upwards, it is the drain valve (normally open). It closes as the ball rises and opens as it sinks. Versatile application: This liquid level switch is extremely sensitive and suitable for water tanks, drinking water reservoirs, industrial water towers, aquariums, septic tanks, water pumps, and much more for level monitoring, level indication, and overflow protection.
