Being already equipped with dewalt tools which I love and already having a pack that happened to be in a dewalt toughsystem case, this allowed me to store my other naked dewalt tools in an actually empty case in which I was able to insert a protective foam, they are stackable, damn solid and waterproof, nothing to complain about these storage boxes they are marvels

Nothing to say about the manufacturing quality, nor about the design of the case itself... On the other hand, the alleged Toughsystem 1 / Toughsystem 2.0 compatibility is only a decoy! A real disaster unworthy of the brand and the prices charged. The case absolutely does not pair correctly with a Toughsystem 2.0 module. At best the side fasteners are fixed but the feet of the case do not rest on the lower module, which leads to great instability of the whole. At worst, depending on the model, we will simply not be able to lock the side fasteners. I had to spend 1/2 day grinding some parts and adding rubber pads in other places to finally get a Toughsystem 1 and 2 set usable in real conditions (i.e. stable...). I had in fact invested in a DCB104 charger, which is only compatible with Toughsystem first generation! (A real aberration...) I had therefore bought this case in the hope of using it as an "adapter" between my DCB104 charger and the rest of my Toughsystem 2 elements... I was sorry!
