This is a Starrett A1E Quick Release Arbor designed for use with holesaws ranging from 14mm to 30mm in diameter. It features an 11/32 inch hex shank compatible with 3/8 inch capacity chucks and includes a 1/4 inch pilot drill, which is longer for use with Starrett Fast Cutting Holesaws.
