General description
The steam juicer for Thermomix TM6, TM5, TM31 and TM Friend is the ideal accessory for easily transforming fruits from your garden into fresh juice. Thanks to its steam operation, it allows the juice to be extracted without having to remove the skin, stones or seeds. This process is fun, efficient and guarantees quality juice.

Installation
Add 2000 g of water to the mixing bowl and close the lid (without measuring cup). Place the wine still on the lid and connect the supplied silicone hose into a separate heat-resistant container. Fill the steamer with up to 2 kg of fruit or vegetables and close the lid.
Use
Extraction time: up to 60 minutes/Varoma/Level 1 depending on the type and quantity of fruit.Stop cooking as soon as no more juice comes out of the pipes. The cooled juice can be enjoyed immediately or later made into jellies, liqueurs, cocktails, etc. General rule: soft fruits are usually fully extracted after 30-40 minutes, while harder fruits can take up to 60 minutes.
