Installation
- Add 2000 g of water to the mixing bowl and close the lid (without measuring cup).
- Place the still on the lid, connect the supplied silicone hose, and insert it into a separate heat-resistant container.
- Fill the steamer with up to 2 kg of fruit or vegetables and close the lid.
- Set the Thermomix to Varoma/Level 1 for extraction.
Usage
- Soft fruits typically extract juice in 30 to 40 minutes, while harder fruits may take up to 60 minutes.
- Stop cooking when no more juice flows from the pipes.
- The cooled juice can be consumed immediately or processed into jellies, liqueurs, cocktails, and more.
