General description

Transform your summer harvest into delicious juices with the Steam Citrus Press Accessories designed for Thermomix TM6, TM5, TM31, and TM Friend. This innovative steamer allows you to easily extract juice from a variety of fruits without the hassle of peeling or pitting. Simply place the steamer on the mixing bowl lid, fill it with up to 2 kg of fruit, and let the steam work its magic to release the flavorful juice.

Technical specifications

  • Compatible with Thermomix TM6, TM5, TM31, and TM Friend
  • Capacity: Up to 2 kg of fruit
  • Silicone hose length: 30 cm
  • Extraction time: Up to 60 minutes depending on fruit type

    • Installation

  • Add 2000 g of water to the mixing bowl and close the lid (without measuring cup).
  • Place the still on the lid, connect the supplied silicone hose, and insert it into a separate heat-resistant container.
  • Fill the steamer with up to 2 kg of fruit or vegetables and close the lid.
  • Set the Thermomix to Varoma/Level 1 for extraction.

    • Usage

  • Soft fruits typically extract juice in 30 to 40 minutes, while harder fruits may take up to 60 minutes.
  • Stop cooking when no more juice flows from the pipes.
  • The cooled juice can be consumed immediately or processed into jellies, liqueurs, cocktails, and more.
