Current adjustment:
Adjust the potentiometer "CC A-ADJ" counterclockwise about 30 circles to minimize the output current before connecting to the load.Next, adjust "CC A-ADJ" clockwise to the required value.If you are using the module for battery charging, connect it to the output when the battery is completely discharged.Because the more energy remains in the battery, the lower the charging current.
Input Low Voltage Protection Adjustment:
If you are setting input low voltage protection for a 12V battery, connect the input to a 10V supply, then adjust RV1 (increase clockwise, decrease counterclockwise) until UVLO illuminates. Currently, the protection voltage is 10V, meaning the battery voltage drops to 10V, but the module will not increase the voltage; the output voltage is the same as the input voltage.
Note:
1. The output wiring cannot be reversed or short-circuited.
2. If the module is connected to an inductive load, the minimum input voltage must be higher (e.g., 24V) and the maximum output power must be lower (e.g., 500W).
3.If a battery, switch power supply, solar panel, or generator is used as the input power source, the low-voltage protection value must be set lower; otherwise, damage may occur.
