Stirling Bold - Antique Brass Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Installation Kit Straight 15mm (130mm version)

More individual control for your radiator

The Stirling Bold Antique Brass thermostatic radiator valve and matching lockshield give you room-by-room control over an individual radiator while keeping the installation visually coordinated. Its straight 15mm fitting and liquid sensor combine practical connection design with automatic thermostatic response as the room temperature changes.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Give each room its own level of heating control: The thermostatic head responds to room temperature and regulates hot-water flow through that radiator as the selected comfort level is reached.
• Reduce unnecessary radiator heating: Restricting flow when less heat is needed can help prevent an already-comfortable room from continuing to receive unnecessary radiator heat.
• Help protect the radiator when temperatures fall: When surrounding temperatures become very low, frost-protection behaviour can permit limited flow to help protect the radiator and connected pipework.
• Finish both sides of the radiator with one set: A matching lockshield is supplied with the thermostatic valve, so the corresponding valve does not need to be bought separately.
• Plan the radiator connection with the right valve shape: The straight format is suited to aligned pipework and radiator connections, avoiding an unnecessary change in direction.
• Set the radiator to a more suitable comfort level: Several thermostatic settings give you more flexibility than a simple manual on/off valve.
• Get automatic temperature-responsive control: The liquid sensing element changes with room temperature and drives the valve's automatic thermostatic response.
• Coordinate the valves with the radiator: Its modern profile gives the radiator connection a neater, more streamlined finishing detail. In brushed & lacquered Antique Brass, the set can be matched deliberately with the radiator finish or used as a contrasting detail.
• Choose a valve set backed beyond installation: The included 3 years guarantee adds confidence when choosing a valve set for ongoing everyday use.
