Stirling Bold - Silver Nickel Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Lockshield Angled 8mm

A complete TRV set for more flexible room heating

Designed to combine individual radiator control with a coordinated finish, this Silver Nickel Stirling Bold thermostatic valve set includes both the TRV and matching lockshield. Its angled layout suits the relevant pipe route, and the liquid sensing mechanism adjusts the valve as surrounding temperature changes.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Take more control of individual room comfort: The thermostatic head responds to room temperature and regulates hot-water flow through that radiator as the selected comfort level is reached.
• Reduce unnecessary radiator heating: Restricting flow when less heat is needed can help prevent an already-comfortable room from continuing to receive unnecessary radiator heat.
• Give the heating system extra protection from freezing conditions: A frost-protection setting helps reduce freezing risk by allowing some hot-water flow when the room temperature drops to a very low level.
• Get the thermostatic valve and matching lockshield together: A matching lockshield is supplied with the thermostatic valve, so the corresponding valve does not need to be bought separately.
• Match the fitting to the direction of your pipework: Where pipework approaches a side-entry radiator from the floor, an angled valve provides the change in direction needed at the connection.
• Adjust the radiator to suit how you use the room: Several thermostatic settings give you more flexibility than a simple manual on/off valve.
• Get automatic temperature-responsive control: A liquid-filled sensor reacts as the room warms and cools, helping the valve adjust without constant manual intervention.
• Choose a finish that complements the installation: A cleaner modern form helps the valve set feel coordinated with contemporary radiator designs. The Silver Nickel colour with a polished & lacquered finish gives the visible valve set a considered decorative appearance.
• Choose with added confidence beyond installation: A 3 years guarantee gives you longer-term reassurance beyond the initial installation.
