Sufficient, temperature readings in 2-degree increments; you need good eyesight. Use small chlorine tablets or one large tablet broken in half.

We have had these type of chlorine holders before, but this one is different in that it has the thermometer on the side of it. This helps a lot with determining that the temperature is steady on the spa. Yes, it's great
