Technical Specifications Material: 304 Stainless Steel Weight: Hook: 0.24 kg Carabiner: 0.061 kg Expansion Bolt: 0.042 kg Screw: 0.026 kg Load Capacity: 350 kg Installation Two 0.39-inch (approximately 10 mm) holes are pre-drilled on the bracket for bolting. Drill two holes with a diameter of 8 mm or 12 mm and a depth of 70 mm. Use a hammer to screw the expansion bolts or hex screws into the holes. Install the ceiling hook and tighten the screws with a wrench. Use This hook is versatile and can be used to hang a variety of items, including: Hanging swings, Hammock chairs, Punching bags, Aerial yoga belts, Chandeliers and sun sails. Other information The bracket can pivot vertically 180° and the hook can rotate freely 360°. Includes 2 expansion bolts for concrete construction and 2 hex screws for wood construction. Not suitable for drywall ceilings, earthen walls, or other flexible building materials. Ensure the surface on which you install the hook can support the weight and forces involved.
