Connection
These valves feature a ½" BSP connection, making them compatible with all standard radiators and towel rails in UK homes. The 15mm pipework connection suits most domestic plumbing setups, and 8mm or 10mm versions are available for homes with microbore pipework.

Installation

These pipe covers are made from solid brass. They can be cut down in height to suit your pipework. They are designed to slide over 15mm copper pipes and therefore, must be fitted before the valves and radiator.

This pack includes a bleed valve to bleed your radiator and a blanking plug, which goes on the opposite side to the bleed valve (at the top of the radiator or towel rail) to keep the unit completely sealed and functioning.

Fitting Type
Straight radiator valves are ideal for older homes with traditional layouts. While less common in new builds, they’re the perfect solution for certain setups where:

• Pipework comes up from the floor and the radiator has bottom connections.

• Pipework runs along the wall or skirting and the radiator connects from the side.

• Pipework exits the wall, bends upward, and connects to the bottom of the radiator.

• Pipework exits the wall, bends sideways, and connects to a radiator side inlet.

Every valve comes with a matching lockshield valve for the return side of the radiator, ensuring functionality and a consistent look.

Control Type
Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs) offer energy-saving room-by-room control. The internal liquid sensor automatically shuts off the hot water supply when your set room temperature is reached, helping reduce heating bills. Simply rotate the dial on the TRV head to choose your desired temperature. A built-in frost protection mode opens the valve slightly if the room temperature falls too low, protecting your system from freezing.

Colour
