Beautiful product aesthetically but electronically useless, impossible to connect.

The product is of quality but not keygo compatible. Very good resolution of the problem with the direct seller.

I had already purchased exactly the same remote control via another site and was able to configure it without problem with a Somfy Freevia 600 motor. This time, 2 remote controls purchased, impossible to configure them with this same motor. Damage. Note that my purchase was for this type of remote control because the original ones are much too sensitive with unexpected opening of the gate, which represents a danger for children and animals in particular.

Good remote control, well built and compatible with my Somfy garage door installation. A version with 2 or even 1 button would have been practical, 4 buttons on such a small remote control makes use less easy/practical. (for example: impossible to use the remote control with motorcycle gloves)
