Published on 10/11/2023, United KingdomIf you are considering buying this ladder I would recommend not following the enclosed instructions when using it only partially extended as it will be unstable. Always extend both sides from the top ensuring that any unused rungs are gathered at the bottom. I initially wanted to return mine but the supplier gave additional advice which did allow me to come to a workable solution to make the ladder suitable for my needs

Published on 30/09/2023, United KingdomWas heavier than I anticipated and I reccomend the buyer to read the instructions thoroughly again and and again because as a step ladder it has to be correctly locked as one side can slide back also I reccomend the buyer to practice putting it up before use
