Purchased the taps which look really nice, however did not receive any instructions and as advised by the after sales that you cannot use anything but warm soapy water to clean them. As such I am left with a tap where the paint has flaked away and they will not replace or offer any sort of food will gesture to purchase an alternative item as I have used mild bathroom sprays which would be expected for basic bathroom maintenance. Absolutely disgusted with the level of service, also they have no complaints department so they are beyond unhelpful. I shall never purchase from them again. From a very dissatisfied customer
