Description

General description

A bold dentil that adds elegance to the eaves of any property featuring a soffit of at least 30cm (12"). The TF04 modillions are pre-finished in white and will not look out of place when used with either modern PVCu fascia & soffit materials or wood. This design has proved to be particularly popular in the North and Midlands, introducing a Victorian style to many 5-bedroom detached estate properties.
