Description

General description

A bold dentil that adds elegance to the eaves of any property featuring a soffit of at least 30cm (12"). The TF05 modillions are pre-finished in white and will not look out of place when used with either modern PVCu fascia & soffit materials or wood. This design has proved to be particularly popular in the North and Midlands, introducing a Victorian style to many 5-bedroom detached estate properties.

Installation

The TF05 dentil moulding comes complete with a built-in larch footplate and can be secret fixed using 2 galvanised screws before felt and battening your roof. Each TF05 corbel is usually spaced out at 60 cm fixing centres.

Usage

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: Urban Dwellings, Public Buildings, properties within conservation areas, and also used as corbels on the underside of window headers & string course mouldings.
