When selecting products, different current ratings should be considered depending on the load properties. (For a resistive load, the current rating can be selected based on 2 or 3 times the load current. For an inductive or capacitive load, it can be selected based on 3 to 5 times the load current, and for a motor, more than 5 times.) 2. Depending on the relationship between the load current and the ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is high or heat dissipation conditions are poor, the current rating should be increased. To prevent a load short circuit during operation, it is necessary to connect the appropriate quick-disconnect switch or fast-blow fuse in series in the load circuit. 3. In the case of an inductive load, a voltage-sensitive resistor should be connected in parallel to the output terminal to prevent damage to the thyristor in case of overvoltage. During installation, the contact surface between the heat sink and the product must be flat and smooth, and the surface must be evenly coated with a layer of thermally conductive silicone grease.
