The Sigma 8AE3 Kera-Cut EXT is a cutting tool designed for large format tiles, featuring an extendable version for enhanced versatility. It utilizes a robust aluminum guide system secured by 51F suction cups, which are stain-proof and adaptable to rough surfaces, allowing for precise cutting.

  • Maximum tile format for diagonal cutting: 234x234 cm
  • Maximum cutting thickness: 0 - 7 mm (100% thick); 8 - 12 mm (50% thick)

    • Installation

  • Fixed aluminum guide with 51F suction cups for secure attachment to tiles.

    • Usage

  • Cutting tiles thicker than 7mm (soft porcelain stoneware only).
  • Separation of tiles is performed using the supplied pliers.
  • Optional grinder trolley available for cutting thicker and harder materials with a diamond disc.

  • Carriage slides on hardened tracks with wear-resistant plastic wheels and double ball bearings.
