Description

General description

Multifunction, power, and precision are the main features of the Montolit Masterpiuma 75P3 manual tile cutter. This professional tool is 100% made in Italy and is recognized as the lightest among professional tile cutters. It can cut all types of tiles, including ceramics, porcelain, and glass, with a thickness of 0-22 mm, quickly and accurately. The large protractor square allows for safe and simple diagonal cutting.

Usage

Using the ergonomic grip, incision is carried out with a push stroke, which is highly effective on all materials. The protractor square features two measuring scales: the first refers to the edge of the tile for all degrees of inclination, and the second provides the measurement from the corner of the tile to the cutting line for 45° cuts, making it especially useful for tilers. The grip holder includes several special features:

A dual system of gap for usual cuts and corner cuts, allowing for automatic positioning with a simple movement.

An integrated lubricator for the tungsten carbide wheel, which can be operated with light pressure directly on the dispenser included in the tile cutter.

The Roller Adjuster System (R.A.S.), which ensures perfect sliding of the tool holder and super-precise engravings by maintaining contact with the bar and nullifying any lateral movement.

Other information

The Masterpiuma tile cutter features a structure made of die-cast aluminum and nickel-plated steel for maximum strength and weather resistance. It includes a titanium wheel as standard, specifically designed for porcelain tiles. The protractor square and extension fold away without protruding beyond the profile of the cutter, making set-up, transport, and storage quick and easy.

Very good material, it is robust and qualitative. There is a hand to take with the pliers to break the tile but otherwise the rail and the trolley are great!!

The product is well made and must surely work well but with so-called (slim) tiles of low thickness between 4 and 6mm, I had taken it because they announce cutting up to 12mm, my tile would be 9mm and from time to time a cut came out but of at least 30cm, too bad I had to invest in a 1550 tile cutter for my operation. There you go, have a good day.
