For smoothing out minor faults, broken surfaces, scratches and other imperfections up to 2mm deep prior to painting or wallpapering.
Time between coats: 2 Hours Surfaces: Painted or unpainted surfaces: gypsum plaster, cement, concrete, breeze blocks, bricks, stones, old painted surfaces, cellular concrete Overcoat with: All types of paints and wallpapers. Any Toupret fillers Application tools: Putty knife, Taping knife. Recommended temperature and humidity for application: Do not apply at a temperature below +8°C or above +35°C nor at a relative humidity over 70%.- Covers broken surfaces, cracks and imperfections
