Great product it’s a toilet not much to say but well made and feels sturdy. The customer service from aica on the other hand was exceptional, placed an order for the this toilet arrived 2 days later (great delivery service). Unfortunately the wrong cistern had been delivered. Contacted the seller about the issue thinking I’d have to jump through hoops to get the correct one delivered, they emailed me back within a few hours asked me to take a photo of the wrong product and had another one on order and ready for delivery the next working day. New one delivered the wrong one picked up. Fantastic service!. Will be definitely using them again.
It's a really strong and big size toilet. My only issue is the flush. It needs to be more powerful anyway that can be sorted out. Other than that I am really pleased with my toilet.
