4. Infrared decoding function

Point the infrared remote control at the “IR” test hole of the tester and press the button on the remote control.

If the tester decodes successfully, the user code and data code will be displayed, along with the corresponding infrared waveform.

If decoding fails or cannot be decoded, the user code and data code will not be displayed at this time, if you are in the tester interface, you cannot enter the infrared decoding interface. The latest Successful decoding information will always be displayed.

The dot in the upper right corner is used to indicate whether infrared data from the remote control is being received. Red indicates infrared data is received and blue indicates decoding is successful.

Precautions for use:

(1) Discharge before measuring capacity, otherwise online or live testing is not recommended;

(2) There is a high voltage of 30 V in the three holes of the KAA of T7 and TC1. They are specially designed for testing voltage regulator tube. Do not mix them, otherwise they will burn.

(3) The output current of the tester is 6mA/voltage <5V. High-power IGBTs, thyristors and Darlington tubes which require larger current/higher voltage cannot be tested. Air core coils and power inductors cannot directly measure inductance. . It is recommended to try testing an appropriately colored ring inductor in series. For capacitors below 20, it is recommended to test with a capacitor of 20. These are empirical suggestions. Please refer to the actual situation for details.
