Description
A universal worktop jig for routing mitre joints in laminated, timber and compact laminate surfaces. Features 3mm, 10mm and 35mm inset options, and innovative front edge alignment technology for scribed, out-of-square and non-standard worktops.
Features
- Front Edge Alignment Technology* accurately positions the jig directly to the start of the mitre joint to accommodate any worktop width.
- Narrow Inset T-Gauges create 3mm and 10mm insets quickly and easily. Perfect for square-edged and modern bullnose worktops; narrow insets give a cleaner aesthetic, prevent cutter wear, and improve cordless router runtime.
- Male Cut-Line Positioning Devices* allow the jig to be positioned directly to the male cut line and remove the need for complex length, angle and offset calculations. Ideal for trapped and out-of-square installations.
- Preset Connector Bolt Recesses accommodate all standard worktop bolt sizes, including Zipbolt and Unika ‘Slimline’ connection bolts.
- Indexed Backsets for 600, 610, 616, 620, 635, 700, 900 and 950mm worktops for standard 90º installations.
- 400mm Radius for breakfast bar and peninsula trimming.
- R100mm, R40mm and 45° Corners for edge finishing.
- 90° Straight Cuts for accurate skimming and trimming.
- 35mm Hinge / ¾” BSP Recess for surface-mount monobloc tap and concealed hinge installation.
- CNC-Machined Compact Grade HPL provides precision, strength and durability
- 8mm Radius Gauge ensures worktops are suitable for a 10mm narrow inset.
