Starting Characteristics: When the supply voltage is 85% of the nominal voltage and the test water pressure is 0.02 to 0.80 MPa, the water inlet washer should be able to start normally
Vibration Test: Fix the water inlet valve to the vibrating table. The water inlet valve should start normally after 10 minutes of vibration on each of the three axes at a full amplitude of 3 mm and a vibration frequency of 22 Hz.
Flow Characteristics: Connect the water inlet valve to the pressure-regulating water source according to the working position. Under the specified water pressure, apply the nominal voltage for 1 minute, which must meet the requirements of the customer's drawings.
Electrical Rigidity: Use high-voltage testing equipment with a voltmeter accuracy of at least 5%. The leakage current is on the order of 0.5 mA, and the conductive part and mounting holes are applied.
Continuously electrify; if the water supply valve does not supply water, continuously electrify for 12 hours at the nominal voltage, monitor with a voltmeter; the valve body must not be deformed and the coil must not be burned.
Insulation resistance inspection; measure with a 500 V megohmmeter or an insulation resistance tester with an error not exceeding ±5%, and the insulation resistance between the conductive part and the exposed non-conductive part must be greater than 100 MΩ
