Description
The hose adapter is compatible with filter pump interface connections, adapting to 1/4" (3.2 cm) to 1/4" (3.8 cm) pool connectors. The hose adapter is made of high-quality, strong, and durable plastic. The rubber ring securely attaches to the 1/4" hose to create a sealed space, preventing water leaks. This adapter is used when upgrading from a 1000 GPH or smaller pump to a 1500 GPH or larger pump. This pair of hose conversion adapters converts pools with 1/4" clamp fittings to 1/4" screw fittings. It features a unique clamp with threads for attaching to fittings that pass through the pool walls. Easy to use, simply slide the pool hose adapter onto the pool hose and tighten the carabiner. Note: A type B hose adapter is normally required to connect larger pumps.
