Typhoon - Black Horizontal Electric Radiator H600mm x W816mm Single Panel 600w Thermostatic WIFI - Feet Included

Modern room heating with flexible electric control

This Black electric designer radiator combines flat tube styling with independent electric heating, giving you a way to warm the room without connecting the radiator to a wet central-heating circuit. Its horizontal format and matt finish make it an intentional part of the interior, while the 600W element provides the electrical heat input for the radiator.

Why choose this radiator?

• Heat this room without running the whole central-heating system: Electric operation lets you use the radiator independently, which can be useful when you only want comfort in one space.
• Set heating around how you use the room: The wifi/app (full programming mode) or digital touch screen control (partial programming mode) works with modes including comfort, boost 2/4hr, standby w/antifreeze, open window, 24hr timer/weekly programme (wifi/ app required).
• Choose with realistic warm-up expectations: Electric designer radiators heat differently from radiators continuously supplied with hot water from a boiler, so there is no single rule that they are always faster or slower.
• No radiator valves to buy: Because this model operates electrically rather than connecting to a wet central-heating circuit, radiator valves are not required. That removes one extra plumbing purchase from the installation.
• Avoid surprises with the electrical installation: This is not a standard plug-in radiator. It is designed for the specified 220v-240v fused spur, 5 amp fuse* supply, so installation should follow that electrical requirement rather than using a normal wall plug.
• No oil filling required before use: The radiator is not supplied pre-filled with oil. It is supplied with an electric conversion/element kit for electric operation, together with the listed installation components.
• Choose the room profile that suits your space: The single-panel build keeps the radiator profile slimmer, helping it sit more discreetly in the room where projection matters.
• Make better use of the wall: The 816mm-wide horizontal format gives the radiator a strong low-to-mid wall presence and works naturally where a wider section of wall is available.
• Install it in the orientation it was designed for: This radiator is designed for horizontal installation, helping avoid uncertainty over whether it should be rotated to a different position.
• Let the radiator contribute to the interior: The 12-tube flat-tube design creates clean, broad surfaces for a modern, architectural look. The matt Black finish creates bold contrast and gives the radiator a stronger contemporary presence.
• Reduce the risk of defects reaching your home: The 9-step quality assessment process checks the product through a structured series of quality controls before it is dispatched, giving added reassurance around consistent quality and durability.
• Choose a finish tested for long-term durability: 200 hours of salt spray testing assesses resistance to corrosion and rust, helping provide reassurance against flaking, peeling and deterioration of the finish over time.
• Long-term reassurance: The 20 years (radiator), 2 years (element) guarantee arrangement gives separate reassurance for the radiator and its electric element.
