Description

General description

UniBond Seal & Bond is a premium quality, one-part, polymer-based joint sealant and multipurpose adhesive suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. It contains a fungicide, making it ideal for sealing joints in warm, humid environments where mould growth is a concern. This sealant is waterproof, UV resistant, and designed to provide excellent adhesion to a wide range of construction materials.

Installation

For sealing applications, ensure the joint width is appropriate for the sealant's movement capability.

Fill deep joints with a PE foam ‘Backer Rod’ before applying the sealant.

For bonding applications, apply adhesive onto one surface in spots, wave-like form, or straight beads depending on the surface size.

Release the gun after application to stop adhesive flow (not valid for Foldable Gun DW111/120).

Firmly fix items into position with a twisting action and support heavy items until cured.

Usage

Ideal for sealing joints and bonding various construction materials.

Items can be adjusted after application, but wait until fully cured before applying loads or exposing to water.
