Description

General description

Everbuild Stixall Sealant and Adhesive is a one-part, chemically curing, solvent-free product that combines the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies. It is designed for adhering most common building surfaces both to each other and themselves, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The sealant offers incredible initial grab, non-slip and gap-filling properties, and high bonding strength, making it ideal for both interior and exterior use.

Installation

To ensure optimal adhesion, surfaces must be clean, dust-free, and dry; damp surfaces are acceptable but should have no standing water. For application:

Cut the nozzle of the cartridge or squeeze pack to the required aperture.

Apply using a standard sealant gun or squeeze tube.

For bonding heavy items, apply adhesive around the edges and at intervals on the back, providing temporary support until dried.

For sealing joints, mask surrounding areas, apply sealant, and tool within 5 minutes for a smooth finish.

Apply beads directly to the back of mirrors or panels, press into place, and support until cured (24-48 hours).

Usage

Everbuild Stixall can be used for:

High-quality adhesive for panels, mirrors, and heavy items.

Sealing perimeter joints around doors, windows, and expansion gaps.

Bonding difficult materials like metals, fibreglass, and specialized polymers.

Applications requiring chemical resistance.

Vertical joints or areas needing durable sealing and bonding of joints.

Other information

Always use in conjunction with mechanical fixings for heavy or large items. Do not seal mirror edges or plastic sheeting until fully cured. Not suitable for continuous immersion in water or structural glazing. Full cure time is 24-48 hours; uncured material can be cleaned with white spirit. Cured material can be carefully removed by mechanical means.
