Universal Brushcutter Head

When your brushcutter is brand new with a head full of line, what a pleasure it is to finish up in the garden. Unfortunately, the original line that comes with brushcutters is often of poor quality, and the few meters on the spool are quickly used up. Passing near a fence, a concrete border, or stones, and the line breaks very easily. When it's time to change it, despite the instruction manual saying you just have to push and turn, we've all struggled with a stubborn brushcutter head at some point ;-), the operation is often much more complicated than it seems. Once it's finally open, if you haven't broken it, you have to carefully position the replacement line, and that's when it becomes a real headache. If you've opted for a strong line with a thicker diameter (over 2mm), the operation becomes almost impossible. Disassembled and reassembled with new line. No need to press anything; with this trimmer head, simply turn to unscrew and open it, insert four strands of line approximately 35 cm long, then screw it back on, which locks them in place. By allowing the use of thick square line, wear will be reduced and changing it will be child's play.

Advice from

Brushcutter head buying guide

Brushcutter heads form an important part of any brushcutter as this is where the nylon line, metal blades or circular blade is fitted. Before fitting your brushcutter with a new cutting head, it's important to think about the power of the tool and the type of vegetation you want to tackle.
