The supplier was very courteous, given the product was handheld and very small. So, should I clarify that it's a handheld blower? So, a 20% refund.

The product looks a bit cheap. You have to plug the charger tip directly into the battery; there's no dock. But it's light and handy, and it blows very well, so it meets my expectations.

Product received today. The motor part is impeccable, with two batteries and a charger: nothing to report. However, the blower extension tube doesn't hold (two small plastic knobs on each side...). I'm disappointed. Be careful!

Small vacuum cleaner works well with a large one. Practical and easy to handle, for example, to climb onto the roof and clear leaves from the slabs. Remove leaves from very small spaces where you have to pass your hands. It's good to have both batteries because 15 minutes go by quickly. However, I had to go back to the site for the operation of the dust vacuum cleaner. No demo on the attached leaflet.
