The furniture legs (in this case, rectangular and flat) slip off the support at the slightest obstacle encountered by the casters (e.g., thresholds or elevator door tracks) because nothing prevents them from being held in place. I regret this purchase; it's very/too expensive. Cheaper rolling carts are just as effective. Avoid this product; it's a waste of money!
