I am delighted to have ordered this product. But I noted only 50% satisfaction, because, as reported, one of the 2 batteries is totally defective. But the very correct message received from "PAPA" reassures me: this product will be exchanged. And then it must be admitted that a defect may exist!
The problem is that it discharges very quickly, so I needed 4 for my mower, but I'm happy anyway
Battery identical to that of the device I can now work continuously while one is working, the other is in charge, very practical!!
Good morning, Visually, there is nothing to complain about. The battery looks very similar to the original. Two remarks however: I left it charging overnight and in the morning, only 2 of the 3 charging lights were flashing. I don't know if this affects the actual load. Furthermore, you have to "force" a little to get it to fit into the location provided on my Gardena trimmer. Once positioned, the machine appears to operate normally. I just tested it for 3 minutes.
My pruner's battery was dead and the new one works great.
The product does not work. Doesn't it take charge? Why. ? Perhaps because it is not an original Gardena product. I would like to return this product but as much as it is easy to order, it is difficult to return a faulty product!
