Fast shipments. Battery better than perfect because even more efficient than the original. I would like to order another one because it is so good and extremely easy to change on the vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately the batteries discharge over the years. I hope you will still have them for sale when it needs to be changed. A big thank-you !!

After the inconvenience of shipping. The ordered battery arrives... and it's the right size and everything, but it doesn't work, it doesn't charge. I'm writing by replying to the company's email explaining the problem, I've written the model of the vacuum cleaner again, taking photos of the label on the machine... what do you think happens, they send me a form where I have to write my dates and the problem, among other things, I have to pay I'll send the package!?! I wrote back again that this is not good and this behavior is not professional.. so they send me another goods return form... I have done what I have to do and I sent it.. I am waiting for the right battery. when it arrives I will write to you again to drive as it went...!!!
