Hello, I have no complaints about the product itself at the moment, but the packaging is terrible. It was just placed in a cardboard box with no protection whatsoever. The magnetron is a fragile item, and the ventilation plates tore through the entire inside of the box. I hope I don't have any problems with it in the long run! Sincerely,

If I had fitted the product I have no doubt it would have been great but as I said earlier it was damagedand couldn't be fitted
