I received the motor very quickly. (I didn't give it 5 stars only because the packaging was really too brief; fortunately the post office reinforced it with tape). On the other hand, excellent product that I was able to install easily. This motor works perfectly because I was able to use my Karcher vacuum cleaner immediately. During this replacement, I had to change the 2 connection terminals in order to be able to connect it. I must point out that I am a novice at DIY.

After 10 minutes of operation the engine cooled down and smoked the plastic insulation melted the electrical connection was correct I don't understand

Hello, I ordered this engine for a Karcher nt27. Problem during the first shipment the engine which is rather fragile (thin sheet metal at the turbine) was bent. They quickly sent me one to replace the first, free of charge and I thank them for it. I would have given a higher rating if the second time they had been a little more conscientious. In both cases each time the engine is placed in a box without any bubble wrap/foam/protection to protect it during transport. A bit silly I find especially that it would avoid a lot of after-sales service I think. Fortunately the second engine despite not being protected arrived in rather good condition. Thanks anyway to those who answered me to the after-sales service of this company, fast and responsive. Fits perfectly. On the other hand, the package was open and the motor could fall.
