Usage

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.

Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure.

Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth, cleaning from the edge to the middle of the rug without rubbing.

For tough stains, scrape off the dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a carpet cleaning liquid.

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning. Use only rug recommended cleaners.

For comfortable use, we recommend airing out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally for one to two days) to allow the natural scent of the material to fade.

Other information

The product requires some time after unpacking to reach its desired state. It is recommended to unfold it as soon as possible, giving it up to 72 hours to straighten, and placing a heavy weight on the ends for a better effect. Please note that individual threads can sometimes come loose due to the hand tufting production technique, where yarn is injected into the backing of the rug using a special needle. Additionally, viscose fabric has a shiny, soft surface that changes shade depending on the direction of the fibers and the angle of light.
