Automatic Pressure Switch: Designed specifically for the automatic start and stop of water pumps. The water pump pressure switch monitors pressure variations in the pipe in real time. When a tap is opened, the pressure drops and the pump pressure regulator automatically starts the water pump. After the tap is closed, the pressure switch stops the pump after a short delay (7-8 seconds). Regulatory Pressure Switch Specification: The standard starting pressure of the pressure switch for booster pumps is 1.5 bar, suitable for most applications. The pressure gauge (0-12 bar) displays the system pressure in real time, monitors the operation of the water pump, and detects leaks. Predicting the Forced Operation to System: When the water pump pressure switch detects a lack of water, it immediately stops the water pump, illuminates a red fault indicator, and locks the system. A manual reset is required. This function effectively protects the water pump from damage caused by dry running. Start-Stop Control

When the pressure drops to the preset starting value (adjustable 1.5–3.5 bar), the pressure switch immediately activates the pump. When the flow rises again after stopping, the controller does not stop immediately, but after a delay of 7–8 seconds, which prevents frequent starts/stops and water hammer, extending service life.

Mechanism Water Lack Protection

The water pump detects abnormal "water pressure" conditions, cuts off motor power, stops the water flow, and illuminates the red "dry running" indicator, requiring manual reset by pressing the button. This essentially prevents damage due to dry running.

Visual Management

Pressure Adjustment: Fine adjustment via an adjustment screw (clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease) for different pressure gauge configurations.

Leak Diagnosis: With all taps closed, a slow and continuous drop in the pressure gauge needle indicates hidden system leaks.
