The product looks OK, I've had similar systems from other manufacturers so I can compare like with like. Some of the plastic parts look quite cheap though the biggest problem by far is the hose connection from the mixer tap to the bottom of the riser. It's only around 400mm long and it really needs to be around a metre long. I now have a waterfall shower that's great if your 4ft tall, not so great if your 6ft2. If you want a kit there others that are a few quid more but much better quality. Would not recommend this product.

Didn’t work with my electric shower not enough pressure so shower kept cutting out

The only fault is the sleeve that fits in the small shower holder tends to drop out when sliding the support to different levels
